Community signup

The signup form sends your first name, email address, and agreement to receive a welcome email to our website service. We store those details and email delivery status so we can process your signup and avoid duplicate welcome emails. Resend processes the welcome email. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit automated or repeated submissions.

Business consultation inquiries

The consultation form sends your name, email address, business details, and message to our website service, which forwards them to our inbox by email through Resend. A temporary, hashed network identifier is used to limit automated or repeated submissions. Your details are used only to discuss your inquiry and arrange the next step. Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for the community.

Discord and other services

Joining Discord is a separate step. Discord and your email provider handle information under their own policies.
